Your wedding day will take you months, if not years, to plan and will be a considerable investment in your future together. I will be your representative on your special day to see that everything runs smoothly and you do not have to worry.
As part of your day I will:
Meet with you two months before your wedding day to discuss your arrangements.
Offer guidance about certain aspects of your day including; seating plans, greeting your guests, speeches, catering arrangements and entertainment.
Arrive at your reception venue before you to liaise with staff and to greet you and your guests on arrival.
Support your Best Man (or Woman) with their duties.
Work with your photographer to ensure that the pictures are taken with the least disruption to your party.
Ensure that your arrangements run smoothly throughout the day pay attention to detail and dealing with any issues as they arise.
Announce speeches and toasts.
Arrange and guide you through the details of your day including a receiving line, leading you and your top table into the reception, cutting of the cake and presentation of gifts. |
